Online returns can only occur within 30 days after the purchase. If you request a return after 30 days, an exchange or refund will not be granted.
To qualify for a return, you must send it back in the original condition it was in when you got it. This means it cannot be used and it must still be in its original packaging.
Extra Non-Returnable Products
This pertains to purchases where you change your mind and gift cards.
To start a return, you must provide proof of your purchase or a receipt.
If you purchased our product at one of our partnered retailers, do not send the product to our company. You must return the product to the retail store that sold it to you. You may request an exchange or full refund, depending on the policies of that store.
Your return may not be accepted if:
You return the item in used condition or the item is missing parts or is damaged (unless that was its original condition when you received the item).
You return the item after 30 days from its original purchase date.
Refunds (if applicable)
After we have received your return and inspected it, you will be notified of this via email. Once we’ve decided to either approve your refund or reject it, we will let you know that via email as well.
If we approve your refund, then it will be processed immediately. After a certain number of business days, you should see an automated credit appear on your credit card or whichever payment method you used.
Missing Refunds or Late Refunds (if applicable)
If you’re still waiting for your refund, make sure it is not in your bank account already. If it isn’t, call or email your credit card company. There may be a certain number of days you need to wait prior to the refund getting posted onto your account.
After that, call or email the bank. Sometimes the refund takes some time to process before it gets posted there.
If you still haven’t gotten your refund, despite doing everything mentioned above, then send an email to email@example.com and provide your order number and full name.
Sale Items (if applicable)
If you purchased an item at regular price, you may be entitled to a refund on it. But if you purchased an item on sale, then it won’t be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Only damaged or defective items will be replaced. You can exchange an item for another item that is the same by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Ship the item back to us at Wearproof Pty Ltd, Suite 118, 585 Little Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria AU 3000.
If you received an item that was labeled as a gift and you return that item, you are entitled to a gift credit which is equal to the value of that item. After you send back the item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the purchase was not declared as a gift, or if the giver of the gift shipped the order to their residence first, then the gift giver will get the refund and be notified of the return.

You must pay the shipping costs to return the item. We will not refund your shipping costs. Instead, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund.
Your location will determine how long it takes for the product to arrive.
If your item is worth more than $75, you should ship it with a tracking shipping service. Either that or buy shipping insurance for it. There is no guarantee that your returned item will arrive here.
Track the Status of the Order
When you use the online postal tracking system, make sure you have your tracking number available to enter into the system. To ensure there are no delays in your query through our support form, be sure that you have provided all the necessary information regarding your order.
